Through teaching and practice, you’ll fully understand how to use meditation and mindfulness in ways that work for YOU. You’ll learn the various methods of meditation, how and why meditation and mindfulness can help with stress, anxiety and depression and how to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into your busy day.
